Remote client on peer-to-peer

I have a three PC peer-to-peer network that is behind a
router that connects to the internet. One of the PCs has
an application that the other two are mapped to and can
run the application over the network.

There is a remote PC that needs to run the application as
well. It is connected to the internet. Is there any way to
get it remotely into the peer-to-peer network? None of the
PCs have RAS.

If nothing else, another PC can be put into the peer-to-
peer for the remote PC to work from.

If the application server is running Win2k Pro, it can accept an incoming
VPN connection. However, the ability to do this behind a NAT router depends
on the capability of router. Also, some routers provide hardware VPN.
