remote assistance could not resolve host name

Whenver someone sends me a request for remote assistance I keep getting this
error - "Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the
remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again." I'm running XP
Pro w/ SP2. I have DSL on a Linksys router. Are there special port rules I
need to apply in the router in order to get remote assistance to work?
Windows firewall settings are already set up to allow it.
