Remote Access Recycle Bin

Hi:

I was wondering if there was a way to access a Recycle Bin over the network
for another user.

It seems to be tied to the network SID and it doesn't matter what account I
try to access it with. I don't get an Access Denied message but it shows the
contents of whatever machine I'm trying to connect with's recycle bin.

I have tried the Domain Admin account and also the local admin.

Is this possible or is everyone locked-out but the user by design?
