Remote Access or Remote Assistance

Can someone please explain how to use remote assistance in
Windows 2000? We are on a network and we are trying to
help people that are in different buildings but on the
network. We are wanted to see their desktop on our
computer and access their programs in order for us to help
them with their problem.

Netmeeting could do that. Else you'll need 3rd party programs.
