Remote Access issue

Hi, out of 2500+ XP PCs in our organization we have two
receiving the error "The local policy of this system does
not permit you to logon interactively". On both machines
the symptoms are the same.

The local policy is configured properly. There are no
group policies being applied as they are logging into an
NT 4.0 domain.

We are able to logon to the PC remotely using our NT 4.0
domain account or any local accoutn as any other user
except the main user.

We've rebuilt the PC and the issue remains.

This led us to believe it may their NT Domain account and
had it deleted and recreated.

Still no luck, any ideas?

Does the main user have the level of administrative
authority on his account to do this?
