Remote Access Connection Manager

I am unable to create a dial-up account on my Windows XP
configuration.

I very recently performed a REPAIR (quite possibly an
UPGRADE)using my Windows XP setup CD. My configuration
appears to be fine. However, The Network connection
Wizard currently displays a grey-out "..dial-up or DSL
connection" radio button. Does anyone have any ideas?
