Reminders (yawn)

I am having a problem with a pc running outlook connecting to exchange
which has stopped displaying reminders. I have tried the following steps:

1. start outlook with the /cleanreminders switch.
2. start outlook with the /safe switch.
3. checked that reminders are enabled in options.
4. checked time zone in outlook and windows.
5. updated the office installation from the internet.
6. ran a detect and repair on the office installation from the disk.
7. checked that the folder we want reminders from is the default folder.
8. Yes, Outlook is open!!!

Does anyone know anything else I can try here? why am i always fixing
reminder problems!!!!!!!!!!

Try the /resetfolders switch when you start Outlook. See if that helps.
