Reminders Window Contents

I'm using Outlook 2003.

Can the Reminder Date & Time added to a Flagged for Follow-Up e-mail message
trigger that e-mail item to appear in the Reminders Window?

If so, what needs to be configured to make this happen ?

Or, are the only items that can appear in the Reminders Window Task and
Contact items ?

Right click the flag-> Add Reminder... and enable the reminder.

This process only adds the Date & Time to an e-mail that has been Flagged for
Follow Up. When this Reminder's Date & Time occur, the e-mail does not appear
in the Reminders Window (that can be viewed by left-click View menu =>
right-click Reminders Window).

Flagged for Follow Up e-mails with Reminder Dates & Times that are past due
do appear in the "For Follow Up" Search Folder.

I'm looking for a way to have Flagged for Follow Up e-mails with Reminder
Dates & Times appear in the Reminders Window as well.

Can this happen and if so, what needs to be configured to make it happen ?

Currently only Contact and Task items, which have had Reminders enabled on
them, are appearing the Reminders Window.

Are Tasks and Contacts the only items that can appear in the Reminders Window?

"When this Reminder's Date & Time occur, the e-mail does not appear in the
Reminders Window"
It will also be displayed in the Reminders dialog but only for items that
are reside in the Inbox folder unless you are using Outlook 2007 or are
running extended reminders;
