Reminders to all contacts in Task

Hi,

i had created a new task folder and shared it out to a few users. But when i
set the reminders, it doesn't remind other users when we reach the due date.
Is there anyway how i can do that?

I tried putting in the contacts button at the bottom of the task but it
doesn't work either.

Hi Dolphinv,

reminders only work in your default folders in Outlook (Outlook 97-2003).

Subfolders are only supported in Outlook 2007 and onyl the owner of this
folder will get the reminder.

You will need an 3rd party tool for "additional reminder functions":

Hi,

your "default folders" mean the folder that comes with Outlook and not the
new ones i created right? (I'm using Outlook 2003).

But even if i add a task in the default task folder, the reminder only sent
to me (the owner) and not to the rest of the users whom i shared the default
folder too. Is this correct?
