Reminders Not Working on PST file

Hi,

Apparently, Reminders do not work on emails which is stored in a PST file.
Is that true? Or something is wrong with my Outlook?

Reminders in PST Calendar items don't work also well.
I am using Outlook 2003 SP3.

Reminders work only in the default mail store, either a .pst or exchange
mailbox. If you have more than one .pst file such as an archive file,
reminders will not work in that file without a third party solution like the
one available from http://www.slovaktech.com
