Reminders crash Outlook

My CEO complains that her Outlook crashes when traveling and a reminder pops
up.

This happens for Outlook 2003 loaded off-line so I converted her to cache
mode, same thing.

If the reminder appts in her calendar include a scheduling tab with people
in the GAL, would this crash Outlook in cache mode if not connected to the
network.

Exchange 2003 SP1.

Any other thoughts,

Please help my CEO and my job...

Maybe you need to test this to see if it crashes when conneted to the
network. To establish a cause. client/user/server.
