reminder

I've sent a meeting invetation to my collegues and many of them have
forgotten to answer. Is there any easy way do create a reminder e-mail to
those who haven't replied to my invetation?

Not in any current version of Outlook, no.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

Not exactly to your requriements, but if you open the meeting and click on
"Actions" you can either "New message to attendees" or "Reply to all with
message". You can then add a nag to reply to your meeting.

Left up to you is to remove those whose tracking status show a response.

Should work unless you you have many attendees.
