Reminder reset.

My reminder function continues to bring up old tasks or appointments, even
deleted ones.

When I mark a task as complete, or change the due date the reminder
continues to bring up the old due date.

Is there a way to reset the reminders?
 
I found the solution myself. A re-boot cleared up all the problems.
