Reminder Program

I'm not sure if the previous message i posted on this subject went
through because I think I left out a subject line..

I need a program that will help me(remind me of appointments doctor or
otherwise...maybe a program that will send an alert in a popup window
fashion reminding me that an appointment is coming up that I need to be
ready for..

Is thier anything is the freeware category with this feature

I REALLY like this little calendar with the 'events' and "To Do" list! Neat!

It is an PIM and with a reminder that need to be load from the Windows
boot up.
You don't need to have Palm PDA in order to use its software but the
best if you are having both .

Here is a sample script:
