Remembering "Search" Words

I don't know the proper name for this. When I use search
engines on the internet, Explorer 6 saves my search words
so the next time I want to search the same word, I only
have to type several letters, a list of words pop up and
I click on the complete word.

After repairing Windows XP Pro, I had to reinstall
Explorer 6. After installation I noticed that Explorer
did not save the seach words anymore. I have to type the
complete word every time.

I know this is not a big problem, but does anyone know
how to correct this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Enable AutoComplete. With IE open, go to Tools > Options > Contents >
AutoComplete. Check "Forms" box.
