Remember user id and passwords

I used to have this little box that popped up and prompted me for my
password. After I put the password in, my username and password for every
website I went to were automatically filled in. All of a sudden this box is
gone and I can't find it again. It isn't the auto fill in in internet
explorer.....that works. My passwords pop up. This was the full log in for
every site I visit. Seems like it was identity something?? Help!
