Remember password in XP Home

Hi,

I try to map to a network drive that protected by a password. I want to
reconnect to this network drive every time I restart a pc. In xp home, the
"remember password" box is not available when I try to map a network drive.
I know in xp pro or win 9x, there is box to check to remember the password so
that I don't have to enter it every time. Is this by design in xp home or am
I missing something? Your comment will be greatly appreciated.

Go to Start > Run and try the following:

NET USE X: \\COMPUTER-NAME\SHARE_NAME$ password
/USEROMAIN.domain.com\USERNAME

All of this should be on one line.
