remaote assistance results in undesired effects

when i have connected to a friends laptop through remote assistance, with her
sending me the invite through messenger, once i have done what needed doing
in her laptop and i have dissconnected when she types a message all the keys
are out of place, as an example igf she was to write than you for your help,
it would come out os something like, than5 40r h27p. can anyone please avize
me what is going on.

I have no idea BUT this is what I would do... Remove her keyboard drivers
and reboot and let Windows re-install them.

Have her turn numlock back off.

Thanks for your tips i will try the numlock first and if that does not do it
then i will try removing her keyboard driver and rebooting. Thanks again

i had to do a system restore to fix it
