Relocate programs to another partition

By default most programs are installed in
C:\Program Files.
Is there a program which will relocate
my programs to another partition,
say, D:\Program Files,
and retain all the registry and ini files so
those programs will work.

Change of Address: A Registry search and replace utility for when you
need to move an app from one directory/drive to another...Some
programs have been known to resist this procedure and not work any
longer.
