Reloading Microsoft Office 97 onto new machine

I recently bought a new computer and loaded microsoft
office 97 professional edition onto the new computer. My
new computer has Windows ME on it and after loading the
Office 97 onto this machine I get an error message when I
attempt to open Microsoft access 97 which says that this
machine is not licensed for access. what do I have to do
to get access to work on this new machine since I used it
alot on my old machine.
