reliablity monitor stopped working...

I reformatted and comlety reinstalled windows Vista, and when I go to the
Reliability and performance monitor, it has data from my previous
installation?! That data stops the day I reinstalled.
As bizarre as that is, all I really care about is getting the reliability
monitor up and running again. Does anyone know how I can do this?
This may be a job for an MVP...
thanks...

Doesn't it seem ironic that the "reliability" monitor doesn't work?
hehe. Not really--after all, it is part of Vista. What did you expect
it to do? Actually work????

When you formatted and reinstalled, I bet that you did not delete the
existing partition containing the corrupted version of vista.
