Reliable Program Uninstall Assistant

Hello
Could someone recommend a good program that helps with "uninstalling".

I understand that sometimes when you are trying out different programs and
you decide to uninstall them if you don't like them that this can leave
various traces on your computer that the uninstaller might not remove.
Therefore rather than have to use "system restore" I would prefer to use a
program that can guarantee a clean uninstall.

Could anybody recommend a reliable one?

Many Thanks

===== I use "Total Uninstall", it's free and works very well, although
sometimes you will need to delete a uninstalled programs folder
(because something has been added to it) but it will tell you which
one........
you must "monitor" the installation of any new program, by starting
TotalUninstall and installing the new program through it, but it's
worth it...
(I don't like programs running all the time, in the background anyway)
you can get it from... http://www.martau.com/tu.html ...=======
