reliable mp3 source

Was looking a few times, to download a couple of mp3 files
(oldies)from the internet, and each time, I ended up with
a lot of spyware and other unwanted stuff on my pc.
Any suggestions for a reliable source, preferable for
oldies, much appreciated. Phil
