Reliability Monitor only half working

Hello all.

In Reliabily Monitor the lower pane does not function.

When I start Reliability Monitor I get the following error message:

Windows Internet Explorer
X Internet Explorer cannot download .
The system cannot find the file specified.

And the bottom pane displays:

Navigation to the webpage was canceled
What you can try:
Retype the address.

This is on a HP Pavilion notebook.
I am patched up to SP1.

I suspect that I screwed up when I removed the Office 2007 Home & Student
that came pre-installed. I used Revo Uninstaller, which showed all the
components of Office 2007 and I started uninstalling those components
instead of starting with the main Office 2007 uninstall. So maybe I
screwed up a file type of something like that.

Any help greatly appreciated.

The Reliability Monitor acting unreliably is a good indication that Vista is
not being reliable, and so it is doing its job properly, and I wouldn't
worry about it.
