Relations Error?? or atleast i think it is

Hi all, Hope this isnt the wrong place to ask this and if it is sorry =/

I made 5 tables

Booking details
Confermation/Payment
Customers
Journey
Return Journey

i have tried all sorts of ways of relating them and have found that this gets me the furthest:-

When i then goto customers and enter the information the + apears all the way through to confermation/payment (Works how i like it) BUT once i close the table and open it again then press the + i get this error:-

is it relations? if it is can somebody help me please?
