What do you mean by "files"? Outlook doesn't use files in the same sense as
other Office applications. You could be talking about the layout of a custom
form or the way Outlook displays items in a view, but we can't help you
unless you provide more precise information.
There are many fields that are not commonly used, but are available. Open a
Contact. In the Show section, click on All Fields. In the new "view" change
the Select from field. The All Contact fields view will provide for most of
your requirements. Take a look at other selections.
