reinstalling xp pro

My video card went out on my computer, so I got it
replaced. However, it seemed to be running slower after
repair so I was trying to reinstall Windows XP. With 13
minutes left of setup, I received the message:
"Procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL"
My copy of Microsoft XP is original and I have only
installed it one time on that same computer. What can I
do to finish the installation?
