Reinstalling XP - MSDART.DLL problem

Reinstalling XP from OEM CD due to corruption problems.
During install, get error message labeled unregmp2.exe -
Entry point not found.

Full message: The prodedure entry point GetIUMS could not
be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL.

Clicking on OK or X just returns same error message.

Now what??
