My PC was infected with a virus and I had to start all over. It came with
Works 2002 installed. Now it is asking the the product key on the jewled
case it came in?
It did not come in a jewled case it came in white paper disc holders. I
can not use it at all as a window blocks it asking for the product key. I
have contacted numerous online support techs and duh...they are useless. I
need help and sure would appreciate it...thank you in advance

The response regarding the "jeweled' case is just a response typical of the installation prompt. Anyway, if your Works 2002 came with your PC, it should have come with the PK on a manila colored envelope in which all the 2002 disks were contained, as they come contained in white sleeve cover(s), as you described. If you don't have this, or the box it came in, of which either would have the key, then you'll have to refer to your PC maker for help.

Thank you.
