|I had to reinstall windows but i dont know what order the boot sequence has

The boot order should be CD first to install.

What order it should be when you not installing is not as clear-cut, but I
prefer to keep the HD first. Although some people will recommend that you
put the floppy first, I don't want the system to attempt to boot from a
floppy if I happened to leave one in the drive. Boot sector viruses are not
as common these days as they use to be, but they are still around; if you
leave an infected floppy in the drive and you are set to boot from the
floppy, you will get your hard drive infected.

We have no access to your CMOS, so we can't answer this for you. When you
boot, there should be something that says "Hit F2 for setup" or "Press DEL
now to enter setup" or something similar. That's where you can check your
boot order.
