Reinstalling Windows XP Without Disk?

I'm cleaning up two old PC's that run on Windows XP (Home). Like most of the
PC's purchased from major retailers, they did not come with a Windows XP CD
to reinstall.
Both of the PC's have their original Windows authentication codes (product
keys).

I was wondering if there is a way, since I have everything except the CD
itself, to reinstall the Operating System fresh? A download link, etc...

If so, please put in detail how and where... It would really help me out.

Much thanks,
Chris

Simply follow the manufacturer's recovery instructions in the
manuals that came with the computers (or consult the manufacturers' web
sites). The OEM is contractually obligated to have provided you with
some means of restoring the computer to its original, ex-factory state.
