Hi,
whenever I try to install a new copy of windows XP
on my dell computer, there is a problem. I want to delete
the partition i'm using right now but whenver it comes to
that, it will say "Partition cannot be deleted because it
contained temporary setup files needed to install windows
XP" and that's the furthest i can proceed.
I've tried looking for these temporary setup files in my
harddrive but i'm really afraid i would delete those
essential ones instead of the ones i need to get rid off.
Someone help please? My friend said configuring my pc to
boot from cd might help but i can't configure because at
my BIOS screen, whenever I press (+) or (-), the
highlighted item doesnt move up or down. The order
remains like that:
1. Floppy disk
2. Hard disk drive
3. IDE / cdrom
Help please? Really appreciate it!
