I reinstalled XP, for no apparent reason, and now I can't get my desktop back, my start menu back, or my email back. As far as i know that is all. I can see they still are on my hard drive, but they do not come up when I boot my computer

It sounds like they are not linked to the account that is logging in

Please help!!!!!!!!
