reinstalled windows

I reninstalled windows xp home and used the key code from the windows label
on the pc.
When I try to register windows after the restore I get an error message that
the key code it already in use. is there a way to reset the key code.

Tell it that you want to activate over the phone and then call the
number it displays for country.
