reinstalled windows in wrong drive

Hi,
I reinstalled windows and somehow it went into F drive instead if C. What
can I do to put it back in C drive. The F drive has very little space. Also,
I noticed that there are duplicate files in both drives. Help!!!
 
What is your F drive? I would reinstall again, making sure to choose to
format and install on the C drive.
 
I don't know what my F drive is. I don't know how that happened. Is
reinstalling my only option? I have dialup and it took me a few days to get
all my updates. I did run a duplicate file cleaner program but am scared to
delete anything:)
