I downloaded 2 antivirus programs at once and now all off the sudden my
computer's possesed. It is slower than xmas and freezes if it even opens.
I've disabled the 2 programs but my computer (dell 8500) still won't
cooperate. Now to my Q, It changed some of the windows xp properties and the
computer doesn't recognize them, so onto my Q, It ask if I want to restore
original settings.....insert xp install disk... The only problem is I don't
have the code/password for the reinstallation disk (lost it). Is there any
way I can fix run the disk w/o this or a place to find one that will work?
