I downloaded some Microsoft Updates and they really
screwed up my computer. Needless to say, I had to
reinstall Windows XP. I got to the product ID screen and
realized I no longer have the code. I purchased my
Software through my school so it is part of this Volume
Licensing I believe. Anyone know how I can get that code
ot who to contact, or what else I could do?

Contact your school's IT department.
