Reinstallation of Windows XP

I have brought a new hard drive as i have run out of
space on my existing hard drive and reinstalled Windows
XP Pro on my new hard drive. I now need to activate
windows XP but how do i do it when i have already
activated it on my old hard drive. How will it recognise
that i have installed a new hard drive, and installed XP
pro as a fresh installation.

Any help of how to reactivate Windows is needed.

Will it not come back and say hay this copy has already
been activated. Because thats what i thought the whole
point of the Activation was so that it cannot be used
illegally because it will not activate on someones
computer.
 
If it does, then just make the toll free phone call, No big deal. Takes
about 3 minutes tops!
Just tell them what you did and they will activate it for ya.
