Reinstallation of Office 2003. Outlook will not work

I reinstalled Office 2003 Prof and XP Professional. Outlook will not work. It
opens but will do nothing after this. I have reinstalled, repaired etc.
Nothing changes. Any ideas? All other Office products are working correctly.
