Reinstall XP Update Windows first or Virus protection first?

My computer went down and I had to reinstall XP. I installed SP2, I
activated the Windows firewall, I reinstalled my virus protection, I have
set up my ISP info, now do I start updating Windows XP first or update the
virus protection first when I connect to the internet? Do I need to do
anything else before I connect?

Ensure Firewall is activated, should be if sp2
Update win first

Hi Rick,
Long time since you last gave me advice! Thanks for replying. That is
exactly what I did & then went to Windows update & completed that. No
