reinstall winsock in win2000

Help - I need to reinstall winsock in my win2000 machine. Can anyone
show me the links to microsoft with the info.

In my opinion, simply remove all the protocol and client, then reinstall all
is fine.

Export Winsock and Winsock2 keys from HKLM\System\CCS\Services, delete both
keys from the registry, uninstall TCP/IP, reboot, and reinstall TCP/IP.
