" STFile.dll missing".I don't konw what to do.I really want to reinstall

open/close some program file ,there's showing "window is not responding" and
I can't close that window everytime i visit.I want to reinstall/format this
computer. Please tell me step by step,
What I need to prepare before reinstall?(Including driver)?
How to activite the window by Phone or internet or whatever(if

It seems you did not reply to the original thread, but started a new one.
In any event I suggest you contact the tech support for the computer for
information on how to use their recovery disk.
