Reinstall Windows XP

My computer is acting strange. It has difficulties shuting down, the
mouse acts strange, Windows Internet Explorer acts up etc etc . . .

I wanted to reinstall windows in a hope that this will help.

How do I reinstall XP ?

if you have the windows XP reintallation CD you can do it with that CD but
you have to restart your computer and click F12 while the computer is coming
back on
