There is no limit to the number of times XP can be installed.

Just the same as before - there is no limit to how many times you may
install on the same (or substantially the same) hardware. If you make
too many changes then when you activate the new installation it may
require that you phone in to a toll free number that will be given to
explain and swap one long number for another
