Hi,
That would be unlikely to resolve the problem. For Word, it often helps to
delete normal.dot, the default user template, when it won't open properly. A
new one will be rebuilt. You should find it under
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates, where <user> is your
account username.
