Hi,
I had some problems with my PC and I didn't have the genuine copy of
the windows XP, so I had to install a copy of the windows XP SP2 and
it appears that the key is counterfeit. Now I have the genuine
windows XP CD, and I tried to install the Windows XP again, but I
received the following message :"Setup cannot continue because
the version of Windows on your computer is newer than the version on
the CD.
Warning: If you decide to delete the newer version of Windows that is
currently installed on your computer, the files and settings cannot
be recovered."
Can I find a way to reinstall Windows XP without formatting the pc and
losing any files?
