Reinstall outlook message previewer

I cannot preview or open any messages which are forwarded as an attachment.
I receive an error message that there is an error with the "Microsoft Office
Outlook message and item previewer". Although I can disable this previewer,
I cannot find an obvious way to uninstall and reinstall it. I ran the
diagnostics, but it claims everything is workign fine. Anyone seen this
problem or know how to fix it.
 
Thanks, it all works now with Google Desktop reinstalled as well.
