reinstall missing/corrupted files

I got a message that windows could not load c:\winnt\system32\msiefr40.dll
on startup

how do I find the right diretcory, cabniet etc to reinstall that dll from?

Go to Google and search in Groups for msiefr40. You 'll find all you need
to know about it.

You sure NO NOT want it on you machine.
 
Thanks I searched and deleted the entries in the registry. also: I found
this...

Open the registry (click 'Start', choose 'Run' and enter 'regedit'),
