Reinstall IE

My IE has failure to start downloading updates from Microsoft Website. I
tried most of fixes found in the newsgroups without success and now would
like to give a try of reinstalling the IE. Can someone advise me where I
can download a complete copy of the latest IE and the reinstallation
procedures for Windows XP Pro.

You'll need to reapply all the IE hotfixes after install.

Windows XP includes the latest version of Internet Explorer already. You just need to download the hotfixes and other updates from Microsoft Windows Update page.
