Reinstall Disk Manager?

I had a serious trojan that messed up a lot. McAfee seems to have scrubbed
it out but my Logical Disk Manager still will not start. I hear a ding when
I try and it just sits there trying to connect. I tried starting the service
manually but that didn't help.

Can I use Expand to reinstall the service from my install disk?

Try tapping F8 on pc start,safe mode,enter as administrator,run,type:cmd
In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow Install xp cd,exit the menu page.Once its thru,
type:CHKDSK C: /F Agree to restart,exit cmd,restart pc,remove cd.

sfc /scannow worked but nothing worked in safe mode. I used it after booting
normally and got Disk Manager working. Now chkdsk won't work in any
configuration.

I think I was too optimistic when I said McAfee scrubbed out my trojan.
